Prison Break
S and I have just started watching the first season of Prison Break and I have to say it’s pretty good.
The plot of a, er, prison break didn’t initially appeal to me but having watched 6 episodes now I’m pretty much hooked.
It’s very well made and the plot, as simple as it sounds, is very smart. Of course, the best laid plans can go awry and it seems this plan is no different.
It’s the story of the brother of a prisoner on death row, who has 30 days before he’s to be electrocuted, the penalty for a murder he’s committed. His brother believes he’s been framed and gets himself sent to the same prison by doing a dirty deed of his own. He’s got a detailed plan to get himself, his brother and few other inmates out the prison walls before the penalty is to be carried out.
Lots of tense moments, cool tattoos and some pretty interesting architecture trivia too!!
It’s on UKTV Gold over the weekends - Sunday 8pm to 10pm.
